We loved lounging by the beautiful outdoor pool and enjoyed a relaxing full body massage at the spa. If I had to nitpick, the breakfast could’ve been fresher, but it didn't take away from our awesome experience! 🌊

During my stay, the staff seemed unprofessional and rude, particularly the reception and dining team. I faced several cleaning issues in my room. it had not been properly cleaned upon arrival, with hair remaining in the bathroom and unclean surfaces. This lack of attention to detail persisted throughout our stay, which really diminished the experience.

It was just a great match for short visits in Porto Heli with exceptional value. The free water by the bedside was a nice touch. Make sure to explore the nearby beaches for a true local experience.

The Ultra Suite with Private Pool and Sea View was spacious with luxury amenities like a coffee machine and a private pool. The dining options were fantastic, especially the breakfast buffet with various dishes. The spa offered relaxing treatments like massages and beauty services. The beach area was well-maintained, ideal for kids and families.

The breakfast buffet had a great variety, especially the pancake platter, which my kids enjoyed. However, the constant loud music at the beach club made relaxing a challenge. The location feels somewhat isolated, too, with limited options nearby. Still, the spa services were a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle.

Cleanliness was an issue. the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. We found hair in the bathroom and dirt under the bed. The jacuzzi area needed better maintenance, too. Despite these problems, the vibrant pool area and nice atmosphere made our stay enjoyable, but I’d recommend some serious improvements to the housekeeping.
